CARPRO CQuartz UK 3.0 is the evolution in ceramic coating! The glass coating is specially developed for use in all climates. The product is tremendously user-friendly and easy to apply in cooler and more humid climates such as here in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The ceramic coating offers incredible resistance to chemicals, salt, acid rain and all kinds of external influences. The high silica-quartz content creates a hard, glass-like coating that provides a tremendous shine! The glass coating is highly hydrophobic and repels water, dirt and oils, among other things. It facilitates car maintenance because of its "self-cleaning" properties.

CARPRO CQuartz UK 3.0 with Gliss

CQuartz CQUK 3.0 is based on the same technology as the original CQuartz, but with improvements in drying time and performance. For the very best results and water repellent properties, you can finish the coating with 1 or 2 coats of CARPRO Gliss. This topcoat provides better protection against water spots and makes the surface even smoother and extremely water repellent.

CARPRO CQUK 3.0 ceramic coating self-application

1. First wash the car thoroughly and make sure it is well prepared by cleaning and decontaminating the surface. This can be done with CARPRO Iron X, TarX and, if necessary, a clay product.
2. If desired, then polish the paint for optimal results (for example, with CARPRO ClearCut, Reflect and/or Essence).
3. Degrease the entire surface with CARPRO Eraser (best 2 times with a clean microfiber cloth), this step is extremely important for optimal adhesion of the coating.
4. Then apply 1 to 2 lines of the product along the length of the provided suede applicator.
5. Apply the ceramic coating evenly to the surface. Both in horizontal and vertical strips, over a section of about 60x60cm. Work in overlapping strokes.
6. Then add more product to the applicator as needed to maintain a wet, even application.
7. Then wipe off the residue after 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature. Do this with a quality microfiber cloth or the microsuede cloth provided.
8. Finally, use a second microfiber cloth to wipe again and remove any residue.
9. A second coat can then be applied after 45-60 minutes. Wait until the next day if you cannot apply it after 60 minutes.
10. Finally, apply CARPRO Reload 30 to 60 minutes after the last coat. Wait until the next day (or at least 12 hours) if you cannot apply Reload after 60 minutes.

For best performance, apply 2 coats, maximum 3. To avoid possible water stains, wipe off water drops carefully over the next 24 hours. Wait at least 7 days to wash the car again. During these days, avoid rubbing the paintwork.

CARPRO CQuartz CQUK 3.0 maintain

• Wash the car regularly with CARPRO Reset. Other car shampoos may leave unwanted residue that can reduce the performance of the nano coating.
• Use a quality microfiber or wool wash mitt. This is for durable and easy washing.
• To dry the car, use a dedicated microfiber drying cloth such as CARPRO DHydrate XL, for example.
• Every 3 to 6 months, decontaminate the paintwork with IronX. Spray on first, then let it soak in for 5 minutes, then hose off. IronX removes stubborn contaminants such as fly rust that can reduce coating performance.
• After drying the car, apply additional protection such as CARPRO Reload. This is essential for the life of the ceramic coating.
