Does your purchased product unfortunately turn out to be defective? Then we will do what is necessary to solve this correctly. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority!
Warranty period
For consumers, we apply the statutory minimum warranty period of two years for products. This if the product does not conform to the order placed. This means that if the product is faulty or defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge up to 2 years after delivery. On consumables such as liquids, pastes, cloths and similar accessories, the warranty depends on use.
The legal warranty period for used goods is one year.
A repair within the warranty period and warranty conditions is free of charge. Therefore, always keep the invoice or order confirmation, this counts as proof of warranty.
If the defect is not due to a manufacturing defect, damage on delivery or similar causes, the necessary costs for this will be charged to the consumer.
How do I return a product?
- Contact us at info@cardetail.be and report the defect.
- Pack the product carefully in a box with padding material.
- Add the completed return form to the box along with the product.
- Take the package to a post office and send it to our address.

If you prefer to avoid the shipping process, you are always welcome in our store in Bree (see opening hours). We are always ready to help you as soon as possible.
