Remove scratches with Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02
Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 polishing compound is an innovative compound for quickly refurbishing highly weathered paints. Heavy Cut removes deep scratches, paint mist and sanding scratches from P1200 grit. Thanks to the polishing power of the coarse polishing paste, you obtain an extremely high cut and at the same time a very good gloss level. In addition, the polishing paste produces little to no dust. You can also polish for a long time without the product sticking. Perfectly suitable for all types of paint (both soft and scratch-resistant).
For removing minor scratches, we recommend Koch Chemie Fine Cut.
How do I use Koch Chemie Heavy Cut?
Voor het beste resultaat adviseren we het gebruik van de Heavy Cut Pads en een excentrische polijstmachine. Voor het verwijderen van schuurkrassen (P1500 – P2500) raden we het gebruik van een roterende polijstmachine aan. Eventueel in combinatie met een lamswollen pad.
- With the machine switched off, distribute the polishing paste evenly on the surface to be worked on.
- Start polishing with higher pressure at low speed.
- During the remainder of the process reduce the pressure and polish to high gloss at a higher speed.
- Finally, wipe off the polishing residue with an appropriate microfiber cloth.
- Any resulting haze or polishing marks can be removed with Micro Cut M3. 02.
Process grinding polish with medium speed and medium pressure. A best possible surface is obtained by polishing afterwards with Micro Cut M3.02.
