Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 polishing compound
Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 is a professional polish of the latest generation. The polishing agent is suitable for removing polishing haze, holograms, fine scratches and sanding scratches with a grain size of up to P3000 on all (including scratch-resistant) paint systems. Through the use of highly specialized, highly homogeneous grinding stones, a brilliant and durable high-gloss finish is created even on dark and similarly sensitive color tones under extreme lighting conditions. Holograms and fine scratches are mechanically removed and not covered up, as is often the case. Micro Cut M3.02 is extremely economical to use and can be removed well, without leaving polishing or other residues.
How do I use Koch Chemie Micro Cut?
For optimal results, we recommend using the Micro Cut Pads and an eccentric polisher (for example, RUPES LHR15 III or Krauss Shinemaster S15). Alternatively, you can use a rotary polisher with the Micro Cut Pads. It is important to completely moisten dry or new polishing pads with polishing compound before use. Use the Micro Cut polishing pads only for this product, avoid alternating use with other products.
- With the machine switched off, distribute the polishing paste evenly on the surface to be worked on.
- Then cross-polish with moderate pressure until a transparent layer is formed, i.e. until the aluminum oxide is completely broken down.
- Finally, wipe off the polishing residue with an appropriate microfiber cloth.
