Quick detailer spray

So what is our take on a detail spray? We believe that a detail spray should have no protection behind it. This opens up a whole new world for you when detailing, without having to buff away the protective properties left behind.

A detail spray should have extreme gloss and smoothness, since this is the final product a car touches, to create a surface that resists anything that would want to adhere to it and this is what we call "smooth paint. The smooth paint creates a surface that dirt has difficulty adhering to, making it easier to deal with in future washes.

We recommend using Yum Detailer after every wash, unless you plan to supplement your protection with a special protective product. Applying it to the entire glass after washing gives incredible results!

Yum Detailer can be used on the entire exterior, including glass, wheels and door posts, either as a drying aid, or, in the traditional 2 cloth method with dry paint. It is very easy to use - spray on and wipe off.

Drying tool

Yum Detailer really shines during the wet application stages as a drying aid. The term "drying aid" is a fairly new concept within the car care industry - this is where you add an extra stage before drying the vehicle. Normally, you might just use a drying cloth over the entire vehicle after washing and then it's done. The extra step for this is to spray a drying agent on the vehicle while it is wet, before making contact with the towel. This will add a microscopic level of smoothness to the panels while using your drying towel. This in turn will drastically reduce damage, remove stagnant water faster and leave a truly flawless finish.

Drying agent application

1. Blow the entire vehicle with air after the final rinse phase to remove most of the standing water (we prefer a cordless dryer for this method).
2. Spray Yum Detailer over the vehicle, panel by panel, and wipe off with our special drying cloths.
3. We recommend 2 x drying towels for this process, as the second towel is used at the end as a final wipe to catch any remaining water droplets.
