YumCars Citrus
YumCars Citrus is a strong, concentrated cleaner specifically designed to remove and loosen dirt, grease, deposits and insects from your vehicle prior to the wash process. It was developed for our customers to not only help with the pre-wash process, but also to boost other elements in the detailing process, such as touching up the engine compartment, cleaning door jambs and even panel crevices.
Car pre-wash spray
After lengthy research into raw materials, YumCars found that common citrus cleaners have a strength of only 3%, while being priced at the high end of the spectrum. The raw material content of YumCitrus is 21%, meaning this is a highly dilutable product or, when used pure, can handle the most demanding tasks. The remaining 79% consists of other key water-based degreasers and cleaners, making this product the strongest citrus pre-cleaner on the market to date!
For best results, spray generously over the entire vehicle before applying a thick coat of Yum Foam and letting it soak in.

Auto citrus pre-wash
Our Citrus pre-wash can be diluted if needed, but for heavily soiled areas, we always recommend using it pure or by diluting 1:1 with water. For light cleaning tasks, you can dilute it even further. There is no right or wrong dilution ratio, but we recommend diluting between 1:5 and 1:10 for general maintenance. For extremely well-maintained vehicles, 1:20 adds just the right amount of power to the pre-wash.
How do I use YumCars Citrus Pre-Wash?
- Dilute the pre-wash depending on the application.
- Rinse the vehicle thoroughly with a pressure washer.
- Spray Citrus liberally all over the vehicle, especially on the lower areas where most contaminants accumulate.
- Apply a thick coat of YumCars Foam over the exterior and allow it to soak in depending on weather conditions. Make sure the product does not dry out in high temperatures.
- Rinse thoroughly, leaving a perfectly prepared surface ready for the contact washing phase.
If using Citrus on door jambs or panel crevices, use pure Citrus and work the areas in with a detailing brush.
