P&S Iron Buster Wheel & Paint Decon Remover is a color-changing fly rust remover. The pH-balanced cleaner is formulated to safely dissolve iron particles from rims and automotive paint. Iron Buster safely and effectively removes embedded iron particles and other contaminants. When the fly rust remover comes in contact with iron particles, it turns purple. This purple color change is a chemical reaction in which brake dust and iron particles are dissolved. P&S Iron Remover contains no acidic chemicals and is very safe to use because of its pH neutral formula.

Fly rust removal from car

If your car still feels "rough" after washing or if orange/brown dots are visible (often on lighter colored paints), you are dealing with fly rust. After washing the car, spray Iron Buster by P&S on the paint and let it soak in for a while. Once the product has had time to take effect, it turns purple where it has dissolved iron particles. Then rinse well with water and voila, your car is spotless!

How to remove fly rust with P&S Iron Buster?

1. Wash the car thoroughly first.
2. Shake the bottle before use.
3. Spray Iron Buster all over the car.
4. Allow the product to soak in for 2-5 minutes. Do not allow to dry!
5. If necessary, soak in additional product with a wash mitt or microfiber cloth.
6. Rinse the car thoroughly.
7. Repeat the process if necessary.

How to clean rims with Iron Buster Wheel Cleaner?

1. Spray Iron Buster on the rim.
2. Then let the product soak in for 2-5 minutes. Do not let it dry up!
3. Rinse the rim, preferably with a pressure washer.
4. Wash the rim with a wash mitt, rim brush and car shampoo.
5. Rinse the rim thoroughly again.
