Koch Chemie Motorplast is a unique engine compartment preservative that leaves a natural shine and is water repellent. It is suitable for all engine compartment parts such as plastic and rubber parts, among others. Moreover, Motorplast has a very pleasant smell! The treated parts get an almost new look. Thanks to the very good creep effect and the permanently elastic protective layer, the engine compartment parts are protected against corrosion and external influences. Koch Chemie Motorplast is water-based and can be applied to both dry and wet surfaces. In addition, the protective coating can withstand temperatures up to 250°C. With Daimler approval.

Before applying Motorplast to the engine compartment, it should be thoroughly cleaned with, for example, Koch Chemie Green Star (works great in an iK Foam Sprayer). After cleaning and rinsing, you can apply the product. Motorplast should not be applied manually, simply spraying it on and letting it dry by itself is sufficient and gives the very best results (this way dirt binding is prevented).

How do I use Koch Chemie Motorplast engine compartment dressing?

1. Clean the engine compartment with a universal cleaner such as Green Star (works great in an iK Foam Sprayer).
2. Spray the engine compartment thoroughly (drying is not necessary).
3. Spray a thin, even coat on cleaned dry or wet surfaces (can also be applied with Koch Chemie Cyclone).
4. Do not soak the product, let the Motorplast dry by itself.
