Koch Chemie KocEntschäumer is a highly concentrated, fast and highly effective defoamer. It eliminates or prevents unwanted foaming in industrial wastewater treatment plants with excessive soap, cooling lubricant circuits and highly foaming cleaning solutions (e.g. when used in spray extraction equipment, automatic floor cleaning machines, parts cleaning machines and more).

Foam inhibitor for extractor

The Koch Chemie defoamer is suitable for use with products such as Koch Chemie Pol Star or Koch Chemie Mehrzweckreiniger. Even a very small amount can cause the existing foam to spontaneously collapse or even not be formed. When using an extractor such as the DiBO P7 SE, the foam inhibitor can be used in the provided anti-foam reservoir.

How do I use the defoamer?

1. Add pure via injector dosing or manually according to the dilution ratios below.
2. Industrial wastewater treatment plants, component cleaning machines: 20 ml per m³.
3. Cooling lubricants: 50 ml per m³.
4. Cleaning solutions: 5 ml per 100 l.
