CARPRO Descale is the new acid car shampoo designed for maximum efficiency against stubborn dirt, hard water and all kinds of dirt. Many countries suffer from very hard water or mineralized rain that results in water or calcium stains on car paint. This CARPRO shampoo is designed to help remove these while washing coated or uncoated cars. Descale car shampoo breaks down accumulated dirt that reduces the shine of paint and clogs the surface of neglected paint and coatings.

Descale acid shampoo is available in 500ml, 1000ml and 4000ml packs. Optionally, you can fit the 4000ml water bottle with a dispenser cap (drain valve) to easily fill smaller bottles.

Descale shampoo removes water stains and dirt

Like many other CARPRO products, it can be used in full circle to remove wax and sealants, prepare paint for polishing, degrease afterwards, and remove traffic film and minerals on coated and uncoated vehicles during regular maintenance.

How do I use CARPRO Descale?

1. Dilute the product 1:100 as a shampoo in a bucket or 1:10 in a foam cannon.
2. For light soiling:
   1. Use Descale as snow foam in your foam cannon.
   2. Foam the entire car and allow the product to soak in to the maximum without letting it dry.
   3. Rinse thoroughly with water.
   4. Follow up with a hand wash.
3. For heavier contamination:
   1. Wash panel by panel, starting with horizontal panels.
   2. Wash the panel and let Descale soak in as long as possible without letting it dry.
4. Repeat previous steps if necessary.
5. Rinse thoroughly with water, preferably with a pressure washer.

When do I use Descale?

• For removing water and calcium stains on coated or uncoated vehicles.
• Ceramic-coated vehicles that have lost water repellency or gloss.
• Neglected vehicles.
• As a first step when preparing the car for a full detail treatment.

When can I NOT use Descale?

• If your car is protected with a wax or sealant and you do not want to wax or seal the car again.
• For weekly washings. For weekly servicing, it is best to use CARPRO Reset.
