Car paint clays for super smooth results

Removing contaminations in your car's finished paint is a required step in the detailing process. Claying the car's paintwork makes your polishing pads less likely to become contaminated and therefore produce better results. Less contamination in the paintwork means faster results! In addition, it also guarantees the adhesion of a wax, sealant or coating.

How can I clay my car with the Ultra Clay Bar?

1. First, wash the car thoroughly using the two bucket method.
2. Then spray a clay lubricant such as CARPRO Immolube or Koch Chemie Clay Spray on a small area.
3. Gently rub the surface with the clay bar until the contaminants are removed and the surface is completely smooth.
4. Knead the clay bar to a new side that is free of contamination.
5. Continue in sections until the entire car is clayed.
6. Place the clay bar back in the box and store in a cool, dry place.
7. Follow-up with a Quick Detailer, Paint Sealant, Wax or Polish.

Caution: if you drop the clay bar, throw it away and use a new piece.
