Short high pressure lance with 1/4″ quick release connection

This short high-pressure lance is a handy accessory for shortening your long high-pressure lance. This short pressure lance makes cleaning rims and wheel arches tremendously easy and also offers more control during use, ideal for cleaning the smaller places! Of course, the short high-pressure lance can also be used for cleaning the entire car.

For the sake of choice, the short lance is supplied unassembled. Use Teflon tape to seal the threaded connections.

Short lance with rubber protective cap

The short high-pressure lance is equipped with a rubber protective cap that will avoid possible damage to the car. This way, you cannot make direct contact of the nozzle against the car paint or other sensitive parts. The model of the rubber cap may vary slightly depending on availability.

Short high-pressure lance with 25° or 40° high-pressure nozzle

The short lance features a 1/4″ high-pressure nozzle with a 25° or 40° spray angle. The nozzle with a 25-degree spray angle produces a powerful, narrower spray pattern. The high-pressure nozzle with a 40-degree spray angle produces a wide spray pattern. Both spray patterns are extremely safe for cleaning cars.

Depending on your pressure washer, you need to select the right nozzle size. Choosing the right nozzle size is important not to overload the motor of the pressure washer! The nozzle size does not affect the spray angle of the nozzle.

How do I choose the right high-pressure nozzle?

To select the right nozzle, you need 2 pieces of information, namely the working pressure and the pump capacity in liters per minute. In the nozzle table, the nozzle size is on the left and the working pressure (bar) is at the top. Find the working pressure of your pump and then scroll down in the same column until you come across the pump capacity in liters per minute. If the exact number of liters is not listed, take the closest capacity. On the same line, find the correct nozzle size for your pressure washer on the left.

Example: at a working pressure of 120 bar and a yield of 10 liters/min, nozzle size 040 is recommended. Round down the number of liters (yield) in the table.

For Karcher K Series pressure washers:

• Karcher K2-K4: we recommend a 3.0 orifice (030)
• Karcher K5-K7: we recommend a 4.0 orifice (040)

For Kranzle pressure washers:

• Kranzle K7: 3.0 orifice (030)
• Kranzle K10: 4.5 orifice (045)
• Kranzle 1152 TST: 4.5 orifice (045)
